All Hope International University (HIU) students, faculty and staff receive a Microsoft account for university-related communications and businesses.
As a Hope employee, all content in your HIU Microsoft Outlook account belongs to the University. Our Information Technology Department is responsible for managing your Hope International University account and all the data in your account. That means that you should NOT have any expectation of “privacy” regarding the content in your HIU account.
For your information, faculty and staff lose access to their Microsoft account on their last day of employment.
